My solar system is now installed, what’s next?

Congrats! Now that your new solar system is installed it’s time to enjoy your investment. Your system has a 25-year performance guarantee with little to no maintenance. Here is what to expect post-installation:

Here’s what you can expect after your system is installed...

Inspection

Once your solar system is installed, you will need an inspection by AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction). This process must be completed to ensure your system is compliant to your jurisdiction’s codes.

Change to Net Meter

After you pass your inspection, it is time to get your meter switched over. Your utility provider will switch you over to the net meter, giving you full control of your electric usage. This make it possible to record the energy you will export to the grid or the electricity you will import from the grid.

Monitor & Maintenance

Now that you are switched over, you will start to see your electricity savings. We provide an app to help you monitor your system and report any issues you may encounter.
